All items are made to order, and production and ship times are based on the schedules of our third-party partners. Due to their policies, once an order has entered production it cannot be changed, and returns may only be accepted for items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or sent in error. Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address, and delivery or replacements cannot be guaranteed if the entered address is incorrect. For sizing issues, customers are welcome to contact us using the listed information to discuss possible store credit toward a replacement.
